  • Where do we deliver?

We deliver in Lebanon and abroad. An additional cost may be incurred for larger items especially regarding international deliveries, linked to the carrier and customs duties. If necessary, our team will contact you.

  • What are the means of delivery?

– to the address of your choice

– free pick-up in our store at Tabaris, Achraifieh from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 7pm, except on public holidays.

  • What are the order deadlines for delivery before Christmas?

    Small and medium volume items in stock: deadline on 20/12/2022

    Order of furniture and large volume items: last departure on 1/12/2022

What is the delay for the products in stock on the site?

You wish to order or have ordered accessories, lighting and small furniture marked as being “in stock”: they are available immediately. If you choose a home delivery, the parcel will be sent by Chronopost, France Express, DHL for a delivery in 5 to 7 working days.

For large volume items such as furniture, our team will contact you to arrange the most adequate way of shipping the delivery to your home. 

 

What is the delay for pre-ordered items on the site?

The delivery time for pre-ordered furniture/lighting is indicated on the item page. If your order includes items with different lead times, it can be shipped in several shipments to avoid a long wait. For each shipment, you will receive an email confirming which item(s) have been shipped.

Delivery times and costs are indicated when you choose your delivery option at the time of validating your basket. If you wish or have ordered large furniture requiring two delivery men or an assembly service, our customer service will contact you within seven to ten days to define a delivery slot at your convenience.

  • Conditions of return of the products

    In accordance with article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt or withdrawal of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties, except for the cost of return. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. BEIT Collective recommends to the Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal to inform the Customer Service by email at info@beit-collective.com via the cancellation form below.

However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal excludes goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, as for the custom-made furniture made to order by the customer exclusively.

The return of the product(s) shall be made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. The product must be returned in a packaging designed for this purpose, not allowing the identification of the product (postal package, bubble envelope, kraft paper, …). Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the Customer. Any damaged, incomplete, missing or damaged packaging will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer. BEIT Collective recommends that the Customer return the products with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of the package(s).

In the event of exercise of the right of retractation, BEIT Collective is held with the refunding with the profit of the Customer of the sums which it paid, without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of delivery. The refund is due without delay and at the latest within seven (7) days following the date of receipt of the returned products. If the return of the product(s) purchased is due to an error on the part of BEIT Collective, the delivery and return costs will then be entirely refunded to the Customer.

Please note that any purchase made with a gift card cannot be refunded, only exchanged for an item of equivalent value.

HEALTH SITUATION: some delays may be extended due to delays in the receipt of raw materials by our suppliers. The delivery of orders whose items are not in stock may be delayed, in which case we will contact you.
